Colorado House Bill 1180 passes second reading in Senate

Urgent: HB 1180, which allows a concealed carry permit holder to use his or her permit in lieu of a background check to buy a gun has passed second reading in the State Senate. The bill is up for third reading in the Senate, possibly as early as tomorrow. Please call your state senator and ask for support of this bill without amendments. Also please contact State Senator Abel Tapia and politely request that he support HB 1180. Senator Tapia’s number is 303-866-2581.
