Tom Parker wrote today that “…this is happening under a Republican-dominated Congress with a Republican president.” First of all, Ammunition Accountability hasn’t happened yet. The concept is being pushed in about eighteen state legislatures, apparently not yet at the Federal level. Finally, the GOP lost control of both Houses of Congress in 2006, so the Republicans are not dominating anything in Congress.
