Obama voted to register gun owners with sex offenders

The things we find out after the election! Illinois State Rifle Association Executive Director Richard Pearson reports that then State Senator Barack (Don’t call me Hussein) Obama voted to register gun owners “in the same manner as sex offenders.” (SB 1195)
CNSNews.com carried the story.

Now, “The Chosen One’s” Administration is asking job applicants about firearms ownership. The question about the exercise of an American Citizen’s fundamental right to armed self-defense against crime and tyranny comes in a section of their employment questionnaire that also includes questions about “unethical activities, or embarrassing Internet chats.”

We shouldn’t be surprised, given Obama’s otherwise dismal record on the Second Amendment. See my recent post about Obama’s slipping mask. (Category: “Elections.”)
