Ye Hah! The Roman circus has come to Denver! Tonight we will see Obama’s Nuremberg Moment. A Greco-Roman temple? What? No togas? Who will be the filmographer who will make his Triumph of the Will? Michael Moore comes to mind. Hopefully, Obama will be a mere also-ran, a footnote to history, rather than the founder of a new Thousand-year Progressively Socialist, Ever So Diverse, Yet So Deliciously Unified, Post Partisan, Utopian Reich.
The advocate of a handgun ban, a semi-auto ban, a ban on concealed carry, a ban on secret ballots in union elections, the candidate in favor of eliminating conservative talk radio, turnng tail in Iraq, socializing medicine, increasing taxes, and unlimited abortion gets his moment in the Sun, er twilight. May it be brief!
”We are the people we have been waiting for!” There is supposed to be a rising stage and confetti blown from the ramparts. Seems a little over-done to me. Wait! I’ve got it. “There ought to be clowns…” Maybe a Greek chorus. “Something for Everyone! A comedy tonight!” Ave Caesar!
If you don’t campaign and vote Republican, this is what you will get, ad naseam, ad infinitum.
